Personal Injury - Our firm represents individuals injured or killed in accidents of all sorts.  These range from events or activities such as automobile accidents, defective products, infliction or emotional distress, intentional misconduct, negligence, trip and fall, and oil field accidents.

Criminal Law - Our firm has extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses.  We handle all types of criminal cases, including minor infractions and misdemeanors and the most serious felony indictments, such as drunk driving, drug possession, narcotics sales, theft and grad larceny, white-collar fraud, embezzlement, sex offenses, arson, conspiracy, and homicide.

DUI/DWI - Traffic violations can have serious criminal consequences, particularly when a driver is accused of driving under the influence.  A conviction on DUI/DWI charges will result in fines and possibly land you in jail.  In addition, your insurance company may increase your rates to an unmanageable level.  In defending against an impaired driving charge, you have many rights as a criminal defendant, including the right to cross-examine the witness against you, even if they are police officers.  An experienced attorney can make all the difference in such a difficult case.

Employment Law - Employment law covers a complex network of laws that controls how employers must treat employees, former employees, and applicants for employment.  We have significant experience in interpreting and construing state and Federal statutes and case law in areas such as employment discrimination, affirmative action, sexual harassment, employee benefits, whistleblower litigation, wrongful discharge, employment contracts, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and special laws governing municipal employment.  We represent both employees and employers.

Civil Rights - The area of Civil Rights involve such fundamental issues as human rights and freedoms.  Our firm represents clients who believe that they have been the victims of police misconduct, sexual harassment, and discrimination - age, disability and illness, national origin, sex race and religion - in employment, public accommodation, education, housing or voting under federal or state law.

Discrimination - We represent persons who are subject to sex, age, race, and other forms of discrimination. We defend employers being accused of the same.

Ethics & Professional Responsibility - Our firm represents professionals and businesspersons dealing with their obligations to adhere to codes of conduct applicable to their particular professions.  The American Medical Association, American Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Psychological Association have all adopted codes of professional responsibility that must be followed -  failure to do so often has legal implications.  We represent licensed professionals in proceedings of all types regarding their practice and license.

Antitrust & Trade Regulation - Anyone who is involved in a business enterprise potentially can be affected by antitrust laws and trade regulations.  These are complex areas of the law that are regulated by both the Federal and individual state governments.  Our firm has extensive experience in this area of the law and has represented clients in both private and government antitrust litigation, advised and represented clients in matters involving trade practices, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), trade regulation, and unfair competition issues.  We represent clients in both state and Federal courts. 

Constitutional Law - The United States Constitution is the cornerstone of the relationship between the Federal and state governments and between individuals and those governments.  Our firm has lawyers who have experience in understanding and applying court decisions that interpret the Constitution and its Amendments in areas such as affirmative action and discrimination; freedoms of speech, press and religion; search and seizure protections; eminent domain, voting rights; prisoners' rights; freedom of information; and grand jury proceedings.

Products Liability - We have years of experience representing individuals who have been injured as a result of an unsafe product that was designed, manufactured, sold and/or furnished by a person or company.  We assist those injured individuals in bringing their claims and being fairly compensated for their injuries.  Our attorneys have represented individuals injured by alcoholic, food and agricultural products, machinery and tools, medical, motor vehicles, pharmaceutical and recreational products.

Professional Malpractice Law - Our lawyers are experienced in professional malpractice law and can help clients determine whether or not malpractice has occurred where someone or something is injured as a result of negligence or misconduct of individuals in the dental, legal, medical, and other professional fields.

State, Local & Municipal Law - The attorneys in our firm who practice in the Sate, Local & Municipal Law area have expertise and knowledge in the areas of powers and liabilities of state and local government and municipal corporations, including matters such as land use and zoning issues, municipal employment disputes, and injuries to personal or property by municipal employees. 

Toxic Torts - Our firm has experience in representing individuals who have been injured by exposure to toxic and other dangerous substances, forms of energy, and devices, including asbestos, chemicals and cosmetics, hazardous waste, medical products and devices, pesticides, pharmaceutical products, radiation and electromagnetic energy, and tobacco.  We represent clients in recovering money damages for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and punitive damages, where appropriate, individually or as a part of a class action.
